There are so many answered prayers we are living. Prayers we have prayed, and prayers our village of loved ones (grandparents, parents, guardians, aunts, uncles, godparents, spiritual parents, mentors, teachers, neighbors etc.) prayed on our behalf. In this uncertain world we are living in, our youth need our prayers, love, support, and guidance from the village now more than ever! Our petitions to God are heard and they have the power to go places we physically cannot go. James 5:16 states that “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
“Raised by Praying Hands: The Power of a Praying Village,” was written as a tribute to the village that prayed for us, a call for continued prayer for current and future generations and encouragement for our youth to know that they are loved, valuable, worthy, cared for and covered in prayer.
